The Pay Equity Summit 2025 will bring together community leaders, advocates, professionals, and policymakers for a two-day experience focused on advancing economic empowerment and closing the gender wage gap. With the theme “Pay Her What She’s Worth: Advocacy, Action & Equity,” the summit aims to educate, empower, and equip attendees with actionable strategies to promote pay equity.
